This year’s Institute continues our commitment to strengthening fraternity leadership, elevating membership engagement, and deepening our shared understanding of Boulé protocols, governance, and legacy.

Opening Reception — Rooftop of Hotel AKA Brickell

 Join us for an unforgettable evening under the Miami skyline as we open the 2026 Boulé Leadership Institute. Enjoy elevated cuisine, craft cocktails, and fellowship with Archons and Archousai in a stunning rooftop setting.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2026

Training Sessions — Day 1

Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Meeting Level, Hotel AKA Brickell

A full day of leadership development, fraternity business, and interactive breakout sessions tailored to each executive role and membership track.

New Archon Indoctrination

Our final day features focused discussions, key takeaways, and implementation strategies designed to strengthen your leadership journey and the operations of your member boulé.
