BLI is more than a conference. It is the signature leadership formation gathering of our august body. It strengthens our commitment to Boulé Quality, deepens our understanding of the responsibilities entrusted to each of us, and ensures that our strategic initiatives for the biennium are carried out with excellence, unity and purpose.
